House with separate entrance and private garden, part of a historic stone building, tastefully furnished in Tuscan style. It consists on the ground floor of kitchen, large living room with fireplace and sofa bed (with double mattress) as well as armchair, smart TV, hallway and bathroom toilet.
On the upper floor are double bedroom (in which you can insert free baby bed on request), small bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and window with spectacular view. It can accommodate up to 4 adults.
It has Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning, heating with radiant groups and fireplace to be manually stoked with wood.
Also suitable for those who want to create a workstation to work from home in a comfortable situation.
We are considering for the winter period, from November to March, the possibility of granting you this facility of ours at a lump-sum, block price to be agreed upon with our guests.
